Butcher & Processing
At harvest time, we'll transport your animal to the butcher of your choice — simply call ahead and set up an appointment with your preferred processor and let us know the details. Don't have one in mind? We're happy to deliver to our family's trusted butcher, who will handle the cut and wrap to your specifications. Either way, we coordinate the drop-off so your order arrives exactly where you need it.
